The Nature of Digital Goods

Because our products are digital assets delivered via instant download or access link, they cannot be “returned.” Therefore, all sales are generally considered final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

When We Do Offer Refunds

We want you to be thrilled with your new branding! We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same template twice, we will gladly refund the second transaction.
  • Technical Defect: If there is a verified technical issue with the file or link that we are unable to fix within 3 business days of being notified.
  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the download email and can provide proof of purchase (please check your Spam/Junk folder first!).

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

  • Change of Mind: We provide detailed descriptions and previews of our templates so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy.
  • Software Compatibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct software (e.g., a free or pro Canva account) as specified in the product description.
  • Skill Level: Our templates are designed to be user-friendly, but we cannot offer refunds if you do not know how to use the required platform (Canva).
